Are your diamonds and gemstones certified?
Where applicable, we supply certificates from recognised labs (e.g. GIA, IGI). Certificate details are shown on each product page. The certificate is included with your order for insurance and valuation.
How do I know my ring size?
We have a ring size guide to help you measure at home. Loose stones can be set by your local jeweller to your size. We do not sell finished rings; we specialise in loose diamonds and gemstones.
Do you recommend insuring my purchase?
Yes. We recommend insuring high-value items. Your certificate supports valuation for insurance. Shipments are sent with tracked, insured delivery.
Can I place a hold on a stone?
Yes. On product pages you can add to cart or place a 24-hour hold. Holds give you time to decide; we will not sell the stone to someone else during the hold period.
