Shipping & Returns

How we ship your order and what to do if you need to return an item.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated per item at checkout and included in your order total. We ship all orders with tracked, insured delivery. After payment, your order is processed and sent to our logistics partner. You will receive an email with tracking information once the shipment is on its way. Delivery times vary by destination; typically 5–10 business days for domestic and 7–14 business days for international. High-value items may require signature on delivery.

Packaging

Loose diamonds and gemstones are shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging. Certificates (when applicable) are included. We recommend insuring high-value items; your certificate can support valuation for insurance.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied. If you need to return an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all certificates. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Custom or engraved items may not be eligible for return; we will confirm before you send anything back.
